How do I return my online order?

Purchases made from 1st of November 2022 on kurtgeiger.com can be returned up to the 15th of January 2023.

CHANGED YOUR MIND FOR YOUR UK ONLINE ORDER?

Sometimes it happens! Return your items to us within 30 days, in their original packaging, for a refund. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 working days of us receiving your goods.

All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.

How do I return my online order?

Book your return on our Returns Portal here.

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 25XXX... Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased or placed an in-store order in person or over the telephone in one of our Kurt Geiger stores/concessions. These will need to be returned back to the original store of purchase.

Returns cost £1.95 and will be payable when you generate and book your return.

You will be charged per parcel you return, if multiple returns are made on the same order, additional fees will apply. To save on returns costs, it's best to return your items in one parcel.

Please note, if you have multiple orders/order numbers, these must be booked separately on the portal and labels created for each of those with individual tracking numbers. Please do not combine these orders as they could become lost. We are unable to refund orders that are not generated on the portal.

The return cost is non-refundable.

For the quickest way to receive a refund, we are pleased to accept any returns or exchanges in selected Kurt Geiger Free-standing stores around the UK. Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are required to process the return.

Please note, refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.

Live outside of the UK?

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on kurtgeiger.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

For orders placed on https://global.kurtgeiger.com/ please visit https://service.global-e.com/ for returns information and FAQ's.

For orders made outside of the UK and/or placed on kurtgeiger.eu, kurtgeiger.ie and kurtgeiger.au  unfortunately, you will need to pay for the items to returned by post back to the UK. 

Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a trackable service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.

As soon as the item is confirmed back into our warehouse we can process your return for you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

1. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.

2. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send to the following address:

We recommend that you use a trackable service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.

3. Ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.
