HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?
You can track your return directly on the EVRi website using the 16-digit Evri tracking number provided on the Returns Portal or on the 'proof of return' receipt from the parcel shop or courier.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE REFUNDS BEEN PROCESSED?
Please allow up to 14 business days for your returned items to be received and processed at our warehouse. Once your return is processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when we receive your return, and another email when the refund has been processed.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY PROOF OF POSTAGE?
If proof of return is not obtained or kept and there is a problem with your return, unfortunately we are unable to assist with your order.
