How Do I Return An In-Store Purchase?

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY 2024

Free standing stores and Online Purchases

Purchases made online or in store (except Sale items) between the 1st of November 2024 and 24 December 2024 can be returned with valid proof of purchase for a refund until the 19th of January 2025. For purchases made from 25 December 2024 onwards and sale items purchased during the above time frame, our normal refund policy will apply.

Outlet Store Purchases

Purchases made in one our outlet stores between the 1st of November 2024 and 24 December 2024 can be returned with valid proof of purchase for an exchange or gift card until the 19th of January 2025. For purchases made from 25 December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE MADE IN-STORE?

Items purchased or ordered in a Kurt Geiger stand-alone store can be returned to any stand-alone store within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with the proof of purchase.

Kurt Geiger Outlet items can be returned for exchange or gift card only within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase. Returns must be made to a Kurt Geiger Outlet store and are only eligible for a refund if faulty.

Any items posted to our online distribution center will not be processed and sent back to the customer.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT IN AN KURT GEIGER AIRPORT LOCATION?

Purchases made within our UK Airport locations can be returned to any free-standing Kurt Geiger store within 60 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned within the same time frame for exchange only. Please ensure you have the original proof of purchase as you may have received tax-free savings. For exchanges, we’ll process a full refund based on the tax-free price the item was originally bought for and sell the new item at full price. Please note that tax-free prices cannot be offered in non-airport stores due to legal requirements.


I’VE LOST MY PURCHASE RECEIPT - WHAT CAN I DO?

In the absence of proof of purchase, we won't be able to provide a refund / exchange or gift card or any other resolution. We'd encourage customers to ensure they retain proof of purchase in the event that a return may need to be made because of this.
