Can I Return My Order From Outside The UK?

Yes! If you’ve ordered from kurtgeiger.com, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund — as long as it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Please note:

  • Customers outside the UK need to cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We can’t refund any return shipping fees.

  • We’re not able to offer exchanges for international returns — but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.


How to Return from Outside the UK

  1. Pack it securely so it’s safe during transit. Include your completed returns note and remove or cover any old labels.

  2. Send to:

  3. Use a trackable and insured service — we can’t take responsibility until your parcel reaches our UK warehouse.

  4. Keep proof of postage until we’ve confirmed your refund. Without it, we won’t be able to help with lost returns.


Extra Item-Specific Notes

  • Shoes: Try them on a carpeted surface. Return in the original, undamaged shoe box.

  • Earrings & hair accessories: Can only be returned if faulty (for hygiene reasons).

  • Swimwear: Must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene strip still in place.


Refund Timelines

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 working days.

  • You’ll get an email when we receive your parcel and another when your refund is issued.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an extra 3–5 working days to show it in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please contact us within 30 days of sending it back.
