What Is Your Returns Policy?

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

Our Returns Policy allows you to return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. This applies to orders from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

To ensure a successful return, please make sure all items are returned with their undamaged original packaging, including barcodes and tags intact. Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition. For shoes, we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface and returning them in their original, undamaged shoe box. Returns can be made via our Returns Portal here.

Any promotional discount that was applied to the original purchase is not valid for any subsequent purchase if the item is returned.

Please note that certain items have specific conditions:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Swimwear can only be returned in-store or online with proof of purchase, and must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygiene adhesive strip.

  • Earrings and hair accessories can only be returned if faulty.

Online returns cost £1.95 per parcel, with additional fees for multiple returns on the same order. To save on costs, it's advisable to return all items in one parcel. We do not currently offer an exchange for online orders, please follow our in-store return method for the option to exchange your purchase.

For a free return option, you can visit selected Kurt Geiger stand-alone stores. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, offered as an exchange or gift card. Please note Kurt Geiger Concessions, Outlets and Airport stores do not currently accept online returns.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days from the date of return. You'll receive email notifications once your refund has been received and processed by the warehouse.

 

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES;

Purchases made in a Kurt Geiger stand-alone store can be returned to any stand-alone store alongside proof of purchase. Full-price items should be returned to the chosen stand-alone store within 14 days of receipt. Sale items can be returned for exchange only within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in saleable condition with proof of purchase.

Kurt Geiger Outlet items can be returned for exchange or gift card only within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition. Returns must be made to a Kurt Geiger Outlet store and are only eligible for a refund if faulty.

Purchases made within our UK Airport locations can be returned to any Kurt Geiger stand-alone store within 60 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned within the same time frame for exchange only. Please ensure you have the original proof of purchase as you may have received tax-free savings. For exchanges, we’ll process a full refund based on the tax-free price the item was originally bought for and sell the new item at full price. Please note that tax-free prices cannot be offered in non-airport stores due to legal requirements.

Kurt Geiger items that were purchased in a concession should be returned to the concession directly. Return policies may vary so we recommend referring to their policy directly for further details.


These guidelines aim to provide clarity on our UK online and in-store returns policy, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free returns process for our customers.

 

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK;

We accept returns for all items purchased on kurtgeiger.com within 30 days of receipt. If you are sending your parcel from outside of the UK, we do not offer free returns or collection service. We recommend using a trackable service when returning your parcel and we do not take responsibility for the package until it reaches the UK warehouse.
