What is your Returns Policy?

UK ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Please return your unworn item with 30 days of purchase for a full refund of goods. We offer returns for orders from UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags intact.

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

We do not recommend trying on our shoes on wooden, laminated or delicate surfaces as this may damage the product.

Exclusions & Special Conditions

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Swimwear may be returned in-store and online with proof of purchase. Items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

Deck Chairs and Parasols purchased online may only be returned back to our Kurt Geiger Freestanding stores. We are unable to accept these back by post to our warehouse. A list of our stores can be found here. Please check with the store to ensure they are able to accept this before your visit.

Returns Cost

Returns cost £1.95 and will be payable when you generate and book your return.

You will be charged per parcel you return, if multiple returns are made on the same order, additional fees will apply. To save on returns costs, it's best to return your items in one parcel.

Please note, if you have multiple orders/order numbers, these must be booked separately on the portal and labels created for each of those with individual tracking numbers. Please do not combine these orders as they could become lost. We are unable to refund orders that are not generated on the portal.

The return cost is non-refundable.

For the quickest way to receive a refund, we are pleased to accept any returns or exchanges in selected Kurt Geiger Free-standing stores around the UK. Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are required to process the return.

Please note, refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.

Important Returns Info

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed from the date you send your parcel back to us. You'll receive an email when your refund has been received and another email to let you know it's been processed.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only, and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STORE PURCHASES & STORE ORDERS

Items purchased or ordered in a Kurt Geiger store/concession, either in person or over the telephone, can only be returned to the original store within 14 days where you made this purchase.

Please do not attempt to post your item back to our online distribution center as we will be unable to process a return for you and there will likely be a significant delay in returning your order back to you.

If the store is closed due to any lockdown restrictions, please keep hold of your item(s) with proof or purchase (till receipt) and the store will be happy to accept these and process a refund/exchange once they reopen.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Free-Standing Stores

For free-standing store returns, we are happy to offer an exchange, gift card or refund for full priced goods provided they are returned in an unworn, saleable condition with your proof of purchase within 14 days.

Sale goods that are unused/unworn can be returned for exchange only within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the absence of proof of purchase, an exchange or Kurt Geiger Gift Card will be provided for the last known selling price of the item. 

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Outlets

Kurt Geiger Outlets are happy to offer an exchange or gift card for items purchased in store provided they are returned in an unworn, saleable condition with your proof of purchase within 7 days. Items purchased in our Outlets are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. Outlet purchases can only be returned to outlet stores - these returns cannot be accepted in Kurt Geiger Freestanding stores or Concessions.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Concessions

Please return your unworn item to a Kurt Geiger concession of the same group. Please note returns policies differ for concessions. Please refer to the back of the receipt for the returns policy.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Airports

You may return your full-price unworn item to any free-standing Kurt Geiger store within 60 days for a refund.  For sale items, we offer exchange only but also within 60 days. Please make sure you have your original receipt as you may have benefited from tax-free savings. For an exchange, we will need to process a full refund for the amount you originally paid (tax-free price) and sell you the new item at full price. By law we cannot offer tax-free prices in a non-airport store.

 

Live outside of the UK?

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on kurtgeiger.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

For orders placed on https://global.kurtgeiger.com/ please visit https://service.global-e.com/ for returns information.

For orders made outside of the UK and/or placed on kurtgeiger.eu, kurtgeiger.ie and kurtgeiger.au  unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns or collection service at this time and you will need to pay for the items to returned by post back to the UK. 

Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a trackable service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.

As soon as the item is confirmed back into our warehouse we can process your return for you.

Please note - Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

1. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.

2. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send to the following address:
