UK ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Extended Christmas returns policy 2021; Unworn online purchases made after October 29th, 2021 can be returned to us for a refund before January 15th, 2022. Full details can be found here.

Please return your unworn item with 30 days of purchase for a full refund of goods. We offer free returns for orders from UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags intact.

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

Face masks and snoods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

Swimwear may be returned in-store and online with proof of purchase. Items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note - Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STORE PURCHASES & STORE ORDERS

Items purchased or ordered in a Kurt Geiger store/concession, either in person or over the telephone, can only be returned to the original store within 14 days where you made this purchase.

Please do not attempt to post your item back to our online distribution center as we will be unable to process a return for you and there will likely be a significant delay in returning your order back to you.

If the store is closed due to any lockdown restrictions, please keep hold of your item(s) with proof or purchase (till receipt) and the store will be happy to accept these and process a refund/exchange once they reopen.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Free-Standing Stores

For free-standing store returns, we are happy to offer an exchange, gift card or refund for full priced goods provided they are returned in an unworn, saleable condition with your proof of purchase within 14 days.

Sale goods that are unused/unworn can be returned for exchange only within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the absence of proof of purchase, an exchange or Kurt Geiger Gift Card will be provided for the last known selling price of the item. 

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Outlets

Kurt Geiger Outlets are happy to offer an exchange or gift card for items purchased in store provided they are returned in an unworn, saleable condition with your proof of purchase within 7 days. Items purchased in our Outlets are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. Outlet purchases can only be returned to outlet stores - these returns cannot be accepted in Kurt Geiger Freestanding stores or Concessions.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Concessions

Please return your unworn item to a Kurt Geiger concession of the same group. Please note returns policies differ for concessions. Please refer to the back of the receipt for the returns policy.

Purchases in our UK Kurt Geiger Airports

You may return your unworn item to any free-standing Kurt Geiger store within 60 days for a refund. Please make sure you have your original receipt as you may have benefited from tax-free savings. For an exchange, we will need to process a full refund for the amount you originally paid (tax-free price) and sell you the new item at full price. By law we cannot offer tax-free prices in a non-airport store.
