CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD?
Our returns policy is the same regardless of your payment method. Orders placed with a gift card will be refunded to the original payment gift card. Be sure to keep the gift card details until you are completely happy with your order.
If your items were bought with a gift card and payment card, we will refund the same amount back to your gift card as what was originally paid, the rest will then be refunded to the payment card. If the gift card balance hasn’t updated 48 hours after your processed refund, please contact us with your order number here.
We do not currently offer gift card refunds in ROI stores.
I NO LONGER HAVE MY GIFT CARD DETAILS FOR MY REFUND?
Should you no longer have the original gift card, please contact our team here. Please provide us with your order number and original payment method (e.g. gift card and payment card), or if purchased in-store, a copy of the payment receipt.
