Our returns policy is the same no matter how you paid. If you placed your order using a gift card, any refund will be returned to that original gift card.
We recommend keeping your gift card details safe until you’re completely happy with your purchase.
If your order was paid for using both a gift card and a payment card, the amount originally paid by gift card will be refunded to the same card, and the remainder will be refunded to your payment card.
If your gift card balance hasn’t updated within 48 hours after your refund has been processed, please contact us with your order number here.
Please note: We do not currently offer gift card refunds in Republic of Ireland stores.
