If your item is oversized (measuring over 61cm x 46cm x 46cm), UK customers can use the EVRi home collection service for returns.
Here's how:
- Repack items according to the Returns Policy.
- Log-in to the Returns Portal and select the item(s).
- Choose the Evri Collection service (a printer will be required).
- Make the payment.
- Print and attach the label to your parcel.
- Evri will collect your parcel on your selected date; retain proof of collection.
- Track your parcel's return.
- Receive your refund.
If EVRi doesn’t collect on the scheduled day, check your tracking for rescheduled collections, or re-book another collection here.
Please note: Returns via EVRi can take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse. Kindly allow this time before contacting us.
