CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN-STORE?
Yes, you can place an order in store with one of our Kurt Geiger Ambassadors. All products will be subject to availability.
Please note that online orders made in-store are considered store purchases.
HOW DOES ORDERING IN-STORE WORK?
Once you have placed and paid for your order in-store with a member of staff, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details as well as a till receipt. Pease keep both of these as proof of purchase.
The order can be delivered to store or to your personal address. If you have selected in-store delivery you will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. More details on collecting from store can be found here.
HOW DO I RETURN MY IN-STORE ORDER?
If you place and pay for an online order in-store, the only way to return the item(s) is directly to the original store within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you have the proof of purchase and that the item follows our Returns Policy.
Please note we will be unable to refund store-placed orders if they are sent to our warehouse.
