We’re excited to introduce our brand-new personalisation service, now available exclusively at our Kurt Geiger London Oxford Street store. Make your item uniquely yours with customised initials or motifs — the perfect way to add a personal touch or create a thoughtful gift.
How It Works
Visit our Oxford Street store and speak to a member of our team about the item you’d like personalised.
The item you wish to personalise must be purchased in the Oxford Street store at the time of the request.
Let us know what you’d like added (initials/motifs) and where on the product you’d like it placed.
A trained member of staff will take your item to the back-of-house area to apply your chosen design.
Your personalised piece will be carefully ironed on and ready within 20 minutes.
This service is completely free of charge.

Does It Need to Be a New Purchase?
Yes — personalisation is only available on items purchased in the Oxford Street store at the time of the request. We’re not currently able to personalise older items or products purchased elsewhere.

Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the personalisation to be completed.
Can I return a personalised item?
Due to the custom nature of our personalised items, they are created uniquely for you and are not eligible for return under our standard returns policy.
