We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’ve made it easy!
- Items bought at a Kurt Geiger standalone store can be returned to any standalone Kurt Geiger store within 14 days of purchase.
- Make sure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and that you bring your proof of purchase with you.
- Please note: We can’t process in-store returns sent to our online distribution centre - they’ll be sent back to you.

Placed an order in store?
If you placed an online order in-store, it must be returned to the original store within 14 days of purchase.
Please ensure you have your proof of purchase and the item follows our Returns Policy.
Orders placed in-store cannot be refunded if sent to our warehouse.
I’ve Lost My Purchase Receipt – What Can I Do?
We’re only able to process returns with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without it, so please ensure you keep your receipt safe.
If you’ve misplaced your receipt, a bank statement may help us locate your transaction, but we’re unable to assist without any proof of purchase.
To make things easier, we offer both paper receipts and digital receipts, which can be emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please keep your receipt until you’re completely happy with your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
