When you make a purchase in one of our Kurt Geiger free-standing stores, the staff member will ask you if you wish to receive your receipt via email, and if so, they will enter your email address into the till system.
Please check these details carefully at the till point to ensure the receipt is sent to the correct email address as we are unable to amend this afterward.
Email receipts usually appear in your inbox within 2 hours of issue but please check your junk folders in case it ends up in there.
This will be your proof of purchase and needs to be shown if you return your unwanted items back to the store.
The store is also able to provide you with a paper receipt so if this is preferred, then please request this at the time.
For orders placed in-store (CVS orders) please ensure you take a paper receipt as an e-receipt option is not currently available.
