Alternatively, you can visit one of our Kurt Geiger stand-alone stores, where our staff will inspect the faulty item. If deemed faulty, they'll assist you with a refund or replacement subject to availability. Please remember to bring proof of purchase when visiting the store.
Damaged items purchased from a Kurt Geiger concession should be returned to the store the item was purchased from as these stores will have their own returns policy.
