How do I track my return?

All our returns should be processed through the Returns Portal and sent via Evri.

You can check the status of your return on the Returns Portal. Here you will also find your Evri tracking number.

Please use this 16-digit number to check the tracking on the EVRi website, which you can find here.

You will also have been given a 'proof of return' receipt from the parcelshop/courier. This can also be used to track your return.

Enter your 16-digit tracking number, 8 digit calling card number or 8 digit receipt number to track your return.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed from the date you send your parcel back to us.

You'll receive an email when your refund has been received and another email to let you know it's been processed
