You can return items purchased with a gift card or e-gift card through our Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet our standard returns policy.
Refunds for Gift Card Purchases

If you paid with a physical gift card, the refund amount will go back onto the same gift card.

If you used both a gift card and a debit/credit card, the amount originally paid with the gift card will be refunded there, and the rest will go back to your payment card.
Refunds for E-Gift Card Purchases

Refunds will be emailed back as an updated e-gift card balance to the original purchaser of the e-gift card.
