You can return online purchases for full-price items purchased with a gift card or e-gift card through our Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet our standard returns policy. Unused, unworn sale items can be returned through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds for Gift Card Purchases
If you paid with a physical gift card, the refund amount will go back onto the same gift card.
If you used both a gift card and a debit/credit card, the amount originally paid with the gift card will be refunded there, and the rest will go back to your payment card.
Refunds for E-Gift Card Purchases
Refunds will be emailed back as an updated e-gift card balance to the original purchaser of the e-gift card.
Please keep this email safe — once lost or deleted, we cannot resend or reinstate it.
