Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity

• Kurt Geiger gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of registration or the last spend — whichever is later.
• If a gift card is topped up in one of our stand-alone stores, the 24-month validity resets from the top-up date.

Balance & Usage

• Maximum value per card: £500.
• Can be redeemed against most products at participating UK locations and online at kurtgeiger.com.
• Not transferable, not returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Balance checks can be made here.
• If your purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remainder stays on the card.
• If your purchase is greater, you’ll need to pay the difference with another payment method (excluding Klarna).

Refunds

• Refunds for purchases made with a gift card/e-gift card will always go back to the original card.
• If paid with both gift card and another payment method, each portion will be refunded back to the same method used.

Restrictions

• Promotional codes cannot be used to buy gift cards or e-gift cards.
• Only one gift card can be used per transaction online. If you wish to use multiple cards, please contact Customer Services to merge balances.

E-gift cards:

• Emailed to the purchaser directly.
• Refunds for purchases will be re-issued to an e-gift card and sent to the original purchaser (keep this email safe, as it cannot be re-issued).
• Cannot be used on international websites, in-store, in concessions, or ROI stores.
• Cannot be used to cover delivery charges or exchanged for cash.

How to Pay Online

• Select “Add a Gift Card” at checkout, then enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN (found on the back of the physical card or in the e-gift card email).

Liability

• Treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
• We reserve the right to cancel a gift card/e-gift card if necessary.
• By purchasing or using a Kurt Geiger gift card/e-gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
