What Can I Do If My Card Is Lost, Stolen, Or Expired?

Gift cards should be treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if your gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’re unable to replace or reimburse the funds.

Please also note that, in line with accountancy regulations, gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this time will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

We always recommend using your gift card within the validity period to make sure you don’t lose out.
