WHAT CAN I DO IF MY GIFT CARD IS LOST, STOLEN, OR EXPIRED?

Gift Cards should be handled with the same care as cash. Kurt Geiger cannot reimburse any funds lost due to the misplacement, theft, or damage of a Gift Card.

It's important to note that to comply with accountancy regulations, any balance not redeemed for over 24 months will expire, and the remaining value will be forfeited. Therefore, we advise using your Gift Card within the specified timeframe to avoid any loss of value.
