November Loyalty Gift - "The Season of Kindness"

Terms and Conditions:

You must log into your online account to redeem the code.

  • The Loyalty code is valid from Sunday 12th of November and expires at 11:59pm Sunday 10th of December 2023
  • Loyalty customers will be sent a £30/£40/£50 code as per their level at the time of issue.
  • Minimum spend £100
  • The Gift code is valid on full-price items only.
  • The Gift code can be used in our Kurt Geiger freestanding stores* & online at www.kurtgeiger.com
  • The Gift code is only redeemable once and linked directly to your Loyalty Level and email address.
  • Offer excludes purchases of gift cards or gift boxes.
  • Your Loyalty Gift Code cannot be exchanged for cash or used for purchases with a total value that is lower than the value of the gift.

*To Redeem in a Kurt Geiger Store - Please show the original email at till point before payment is taken to redeem the Loyalty Gift code. Printouts or screenshots of the Loyalty Gift code will not be accepted.
Each code is only redeemable once and is applied to eligible items in the purchase and linked directly to your email address.
The Gift code will expire at 11:59PM BST 10.12.2023.

 

General Terms and Conditions for Loyalty codes (welcome/renewal/promotion):

  • Loyalty Gift codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts (including other codes) or exchanged for cash.
  • Loyalty Gift codes cannot be used for purchases with a total value that is lower than the value of the voucher. The sum total of the purchase, after the voucher is applied and before shipping must exceed £1. Orders below this value will not be able to be processed and will get cancelled.
  • Each code is only redeemable once and is applied to eligible items in the order and linked directly to your email address. Codes cannot be gifted or transferred.
  • The Gift code is only valid for 3 months after the issue date. We are unable to reissue if the order or items are returned or if part of the order is cancelled.
  • Loyalty Gift codes may only be redeemed on Kurt Geiger London, KG, Miss KG and Carvela items on https://www.kurtgeiger.com or in one of our Kurt Geiger freestanding/outlet stores. Please see below for exclusions.
  • For orders containing multiple items - The discount is split between the items so that the discount share per item remains the same for all items in the order. The respective reduction of the individual items of a purchase remains, even if some items of the purchase are returned. The discount advantage of the loyalty voucher/code will not be redistributed to the remaining items of the order in case of a return.

Exclusions

  • The Loyalty Gift code cannot be applied retrospectively or to past purchases.
  • Sale / Offer items are excluded
  • Excludes Kurt Geiger X Matthew Williamson Collaboration products, Steve Madden, Aldo, Nine West, UGG and Michael Michael Kors.
  • This offer cannot be redeemed against NHS/Charity products, Gift Cards, Gift Boxes or Delivery Costs.

Returns

In the case of a return, the discount advantage received through the Loyalty code (value of the voucher) expires. Only the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded, not the savings from the loyalty code.

Store Redemption

  • Loyalty Gift codes can be redeemed in one of our Kurt Geiger freestanding or Kurt Geiger outlet stores.
  • Please show the original email at till point before payment is taken to redeem the Loyalty Gift code. Printouts or screenshots of the Loyalty Gift code will not be accepted.
  • Each code is only redeemable once and is applied to eligible items in the purchase and linked directly to your email address.

Birthday Gifts

  • Please ensure you have updated your birthday on your Kurt Geiger account.
  • Your gift will be emailed on your birthday but to ensure you receive this, please ensure your birthday has been entered into your account information at least 7 days before the date.
  • We are only able to issue birthday codes for birthdays in the future and are unable to backdate these or apply them retrospectively.
  • Only one birthday gift will be sent per customer in a 365-day period.
  • Birthday codes cannot be used on items that are in sale/offers. 

Seasonal Gift for our Ambassadors

Please note: Registration for this offer has now ended

We will send our Level 3 Ambassador customers the chance to register for a free gift. Registration will be in November with the gift delivered in December.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer will be sent to Level 3 Ambassador customers only who have reached this level by the 5th of November.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Customers who receive this email will need to click on the link to claim their free gift and provide us with their delivery address.
  • Email provided in the form must be linked to your existing Kurt Cares Loyalty Ambassador account.
  • Customers must claim their gift by Wednesday 15th of November. Any claims after this time will not be accepted.
  • The free gift will be dispatched after the 4th of December. We are unable to provide individual tracking information for this or replace in the event the gift is undelivered or lost.
  • The free gift is offered while stocks last and is subject to availability 
  • The free gift sent may vary from what was advertised or shown on any promotional emails.
  • Free gifts are offered on a first come first-served basis. 
  • Kurt Geiger will always seek to ensure a reasonable stock of any free item is available before running a free gift promotion. In the event that the maximum entry level for the free gift has been reached, customers will be unable register.
  • The free gift cannot be returned and/or substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
  • Kurt Geiger reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
