Rewards & Benefits
- Rewards and benefits are available only while a member qualifies for the relevant membership tier.
- If a member moves to a different tier, benefits associated with a previous tier may no longer be available. Members who move directly into a higher tier will not receive rewards, benefits or offers previously associated with any skipped tiers.
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated.
- Kurt Geiger reserves the right to amend, substitute, suspend or withdraw any reward, benefit or membership feature at any time.
Birthday Reward

Eligibility
- Available once per member during any rolling 365-day period.
- No purchase is required to receive a Birthday Reward.
- Birthday Reward value is determined by the member's tier at the time the reward is issued.
- Customers joining on their birthday, or one day before their birthday, remain eligible for that year's Birthday Reward.
- Customers joining after their birthday has passed must wait until their next birthday to receive a Birthday Reward.
Receiving Your Reward
- Birthday Rewards will be automatically added to your Kurt's Club account as points to spend.
- Birthday Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively.
Redeeming Your Reward
- Birthday Rewards can be redeemed against eligible purchases.
- Birthday Rewards may only be redeemed in £5 increments.
- Birthday Rewards may only be redeemed up to the value of the eligible purchase and cannot exceed the transaction total.
- Any remaining Birthday Reward balance will stay in your account and can be used on a future eligible purchase until it expires.
Example:
If your order total is £49 and you have a £50 Birthday Reward available, you can redeem £45 towards your purchase and pay the remaining £4 using another accepted payment method. The remaining £5 will remain in your account for future use.
Restrictions
- Birthday Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Birthday Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they were issued.
- Birthday Rewards are linked to the member's Kurt's Club account and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted.
Expiry
- Birthday Rewards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
- Any unused Birthday Reward balance will expire automatically after 24 months and cannot be reinstated.
- Kurt Geiger reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw Birthday Rewards at any time.

- No purchase is required to receive an Anniversary Reward.

- Members must have an active Kurt's Club account to receive an Anniversary Reward.
Receiving Your Reward
- Anniversary Rewards will be automatically added to your Kurt's Club account on or around your membership anniversary date.
- Anniversary Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively.
- If a membership is cancelled before the reward is issued, eligibility for that year's Anniversary Reward will be lost.

Extra Reward Point Days
- Extra Reward Point Days are special promotional events where Kurt's Club members can earn bonus points on qualifying purchases.
- The number of bonus points available, qualifying products and promotional period may vary between events. Any specific terms, exclusions or eligibility requirements will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
- To make sure you don't miss out on Extra Reward Point Days and other exclusive member benefits, please ensure you're subscribed to receive Kurt's Club and marketing emails.
Exclusive Store Rewards
- Eligible members may receive exclusive rewards, offers or experiences from time to time.
- Reward mechanics, qualifying criteria, redemption periods and exclusions will be communicated at the time of issue.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
- Rewards are non-transferable.
- Additional reward-specific terms may apply.
Early Access to Sale
- Eligible members may receive access to selected sale events before the general public.
- Access periods may vary by event.
- Product availability is not guaranteed.
- Sale stock remains subject to availability.

- Kurt Geiger reserves the right to withdraw or amend early access events at any time.
Priority Access to Restocks
- Eligible members may receive access to selected restocked products before they become available to the general public.
- Priority access does not guarantee availability.
- Products remain available only while stocks last.
- Access windows may vary by event.
- Kurt Geiger reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend Priority Access at any time.
Collection Previews
- Eligible members may receive early access to selected new collections before general release.
- Early access does not guarantee stock availability.
- Access periods may vary by collection.
- Products remain subject to availability while stocks last.
- Kurt Geiger reserves the right to amend, postpone or withdraw collection preview access at any time.

To remain eligible for loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and member benefits, you must maintain an active subscription to our marketing communications.
If you choose to unsubscribe at any time, any rewards, offers, or promotional communications issued during the period of your opt-out will not be delivered to your inbox.
Such offers cannot be backdated, reissued, extended, or applied retrospectively if you later choose to resubscribe.
