If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Click ‘Forgot Password’ when logging into your Kurt Geiger account.
- Enter the registered email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link and follow the instructions.
Troubleshooting:
Password reset emails can sometimes take some time to come through but you should hear from us within half hour at the most, if you've requested a password reset but not seen your email after this time and after making the checks below - get in touch.
Please don't make multiple requests shortly together as this may cause emails to get missed!
- Make sure your email address is correct and linked to an existing account.
- If you don’t receive the reset email, try again on a different device or consider creating a new account.
- Check your junk/spam folders in case the email was filtered there.
