How can I select a gift box?
Gift boxes are only able to be selected alongside a qualifying Kurt Geiger London handbag and are available on kurtgeiger.com and in our Kurt Geiger freestanding stores.
The option to add a gift box will appear at checkout once you have a qualifying Kurt Geiger London handbag in your basket.
The recommended size gift box will be displayed at checkout, however, please check and select the correct size box you require. Please note, we are unable to amend this if the incorrect size box has been selected.
Our gift boxes are sent directly from our warehouse. If your handbag order is being sent by one of our stores, the gift box will arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking for the handbag and the gift box. Please see here for more information on orders being sent from store.
Can I select a gift box separately?
Gift boxes cannot be selected separately or individually. The order will be cancelled if the box is selected without a qualifying purchase.
Gift boxes must be selected at the time of placing your qualifying order and we are unable to ship gift boxes retrospectively or for past purchases.
