WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your order number. Be sure to check junk and spam folders and allow Kurt Geiger as a trusted sender.
HOW DO I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When out for delivery you will receive a dispatch email confirmation from Kurt Geiger as well as a second notification from the courier on when you can expect your parcel. Find out more about delivery times here.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, click on the 'Track Order' button below and enter your order number (found in the email confirmation) and delivery postcode.
Track Order - Please note, order numbers start with 25XXXXXXX and are 9 digits long.
I PLACED AN ORDER IN-STORE, WHERE IS IT?
If you've placed an order in one of our stores, you can obtain an update on its status and delivery details by contacting the store directly. Our dedicated team at the store will provide you with all the necessary information. A full list of store contact details can be found via our store locator.
Please note, during peak seasonal periods, delivery for store-placed orders can take up to 10 days.
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
For orders shipped with EVRi you can track your order via their email and/or text notification. The notification will include a 16 digit tracking code that can be used on their App or website. | |
Orders shipped with DPD will be for our Next Day Delivery service. Using the tracking details in your confirmation email, you can track your order on their App or website. DPD allows for management of your delivery preferences including safe-place delivery, delivering to a neighbour or local pick-up shops. | |
FedEx will ship ordered that have been sourced from one of our stores. To track your order and manage preferences please visit their website. |
Please note, by leaving delivery instructions on your parcel, you are accepting responsibility for the package until delivered.
