Yes — you can return or exchange your Click & Collect order at selected Kurt Geiger stand-alone stores, as long as it follows our returns policy.

You can also choose an exchange or a gift card instead. Exchanges are free in participating stand-alone stores. Subject to availability.
Kurt Geiger concessions, outlets, and airport stores do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for online orders.
If your store isn’t one of our participating stand-alone locations, you’ll need to return your order via our Returns Portal and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
