What Makes It “One of a Kind”?
For the first time ever, we’re giving customers the chance to mix and match handbag components to create a completely personalised Kensington bag. From body and top to eagle and charms, you’ll be in full creative control to build a bag that’s truly yours.
With so many combinations to choose from, the possibilities are almost endless! And because each part is individually priced, you're free to build your dream bag however you like. Want one base and multiple tops to switch up your style? No problem. Fancy a few extra eagles or charms to match your mood or outfit? Go for it!
What Can I Customise?
Here’s what you’ll be able to mix and match:
Bag Body: Choose from 21 colours across materials like fabric, suede, leather, metallic leather, and rainbow print.
Top Flap: Available in the same range of colours and materials – perfect for mixing and matching.
Hardware Set: Includes 1 handbag chain, 4 screws, and 1 charm loop. Pick from 5 colours: antique gold, antique silver, black, gold, or silver.
Eagle: Select your favourite from 11 unique designs.
Charm: Personalise your bag even further with your choice of 11 charms.
In-Store Assembly
A member of staff will make up your bag in store for you, carefully assembling all your chosen components to bring your design to life.
Please make sure to check everything over and confirm that you're 100% happy with your finished One of a Kind bag before completing your purchase.
Online Assembly
A member of staff will make up your bag for you, carefully assembling all your chosen components to bring your design to life.
We'll then send this to your delivery location via our standard delivery shipping option (we're not able to offer a faster service unfortunately)
Additional Information
All items and accessories are individually priced.
You’re welcome to buy a bag with or without a charm.
Stock is limited, and not all styles or colours may be available at all times.
Accessories can only be purchased alongside a One of a Kind bag and are not sold separately.
To buy additional components for your bag in future, you'll need to visit the physical store where the service is available with your original proof of purchase.
Exclusions: NHS, Bluelight, Student and Loyalty discounts/promotional offers (Except our 'November Loyalty Gift') cannot be used with the One of a Kind collection.
Store & Online Returns Policy
For store purchases, due to the custom nature of our One-of-a-Kind items, they are created uniquely for you and are not eligible for a refund.
For online purchases of One‑of‑a‑Kind bags, please note that if the item is returned as unsuitable, a credit note will be issued rather than a refund. These items must be sent back to our warehouse and cannot be returned or exchanged in any of our stores.
This doesn't impact your statutory rights - you can get in touch with us to discuss your purchase directly.
