I Wont Be In To Receive My Delivery?

FOR DELIVERIES SENT WITH EVRI:

If your order is shipped with EVRi for Standard Delivery, you can track or divert your parcel directly from the text/email notification you received when your parcel was dispatched. This notification will contain the 16-digit tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel via EVRi’s website or app.

If you won't be available to receive your delivery, you can use EVRi's My Places feature to set preferences for all your parcel deliveries. My Places allows you to:

  • Set the exact location for your deliveries and collections by adding a map pin or using what3words.
  • Specify a safe place for deliveries and collections.
  • Add a photo and delivery notes to assist your local EVRi courier.
  • Choose a neighbor for your courier to deliver to, and specify neighbors to avoid.

FOR DELIVERIES SENT WITH DPD:

If your order is shipped with DPD for Next Day Delivery, you will receive a text/email notification of delivery from the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. Follow the link in this notification to manage all your delivery preferences, including safe-place delivery, delivery to a neighbor, or delivery to a local pick-up shop.

Alternatively, you can manage your delivery preferences using the DPD app. Simply download the app and follow the instructions to set your preferences. Your DPP tracking number can be found in the dispatch text/email notification sent by DPD.

 

FOR DELIVERIES SENT WITH FedEx:

If your order is sourced from one of our stores, it will be sent by FedEx. You can track your order here.

If you won't be available to receive your delivery, you can manage your delivery and receive alerts via the FedEx tracking page by entering your email address on their website. All tracking details can be found in the FedEx dispatch email received once your parcel is out for delivery.
