Can I order in a store?

You can place an order in one of our stores using our Customer Virtual Store (CVS) subject to availability.

Please note, that this is considered a store purchase.

CVS ORDERS - HOW IT WORKS

Once you have placed and paid for the order in store you will be provided with an order number and till receipt. Please keep this as your proof of purchase.

You can choose to have this delivered to either a personal address in the UK or to the same store where you placed your CVS order in.

If you select the store as a delivery option, they will be in touch to inform you when this is ready to collect.

The stock is then located from either our warehouse or one of our Kurt Geiger stores or Concessions (subject to availability).

You will also receive an email confirming the order has been placed with your order number and another one once it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be contacted by the courier with your tracking information and estimated delivery times.

Delivery of your order can take up to 5 days and can be longer during peak times.

CVS RETURNS

Please note if you place and pay for an online order in-store, the only way to get your refund is to return your items back to the original store with your till receipt within 14 days.

Please do not send store placed orders back to our warehouse as we are unable to refund store purchases.

Store refund information can be found here.

What if the store is closed?

If the store is closed due to any lockdown restrictions, please keep hold of your item(s) with proof or purchase (till receipt) and the store will be happy to accept these and process a refund/exchange once they reopen.

For further information on an existing CVS order including delivery queries, please contact the store it was placed in.

You can find the store contact details on your receipt or you can search for your store here.
