We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, please get in touch with our After Care team here who will be happy to assist you with this.
Please ensure you include your full name, order number, and a few images of the issue/fault.
You can also pop into one of our Kurt Geiger free-standing stores where the staff in-store will be able to inspect the item. After inspection, should the item be deemed as faulty, the team will be able to assist in a refund/replacement for you. Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.
My purchase has arrived damaged - What do I do?
Occasionally we will not have all the items you have ordered available in our warehouse, so these may be sourced from one of our stores.
Whilst we aim to deliver you a perfect product, please note that there may be times items sourced are ex-display and/or have been previously tried on by customers in-store. This may have resulted in some wear and tear to the product such as minor scuffs, or small smudges on scratches to the material of the product.

FAULTY/DAMAGED STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased from stores or concessions must be returned via the original store or concession of purchase and will not be refunded if returned to our online warehouse.
Please note if you place and pay for an online order in-store the only way to get your refund is to return your items back to the original store.
If you have purchased your item from one of our concession stores, please return this to the original place of purchase or concession of the same group that contains a Kurt Geiger concession.
Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.
