Can I have a replacement returns label?

We are unable to issue a replacement returns label but don't worry, you can easily print one off for Royal Mail or Hermes by following the below instructions. There is also a QR code option available too if you do not have a printer.

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 250 or 251. Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased or placed an in-store order in person or over the telephone in one of our Carvela or Kurt Geiger stores.

ONLINE RETURNS VIA ROYAL MAIL

To return via Royal Mail, complete the enclosed invoice and include it with your packaged items. Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations, being sure to obtain proof of postage. No printer required, simply visit Royal Mail tracking service

Step by step details below - 

1. Visit the Royal Mail website to register your free return. You will need your order number for this.

2. Once completed Royal Mail will email you a tracked returns label.

Have a printer at home?

You can print this (PDF file) shipping label at home

Don’t have a printer?

Use the QR code at the bottom of your Royal Mail email to scan at the Post Office. 

3. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.

4. Take to the Post Office and ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.

Book your return online here. All you need is your order reference number, email address, reason for returning the parcel.

Just print out your returns label, stick it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest ParcelShop here. 

Don’t have a printer?
Don’t worry - Use Hermes Print In-Store machines to print your label if you’ve booked online.
Just bring the QR code with your parcel to your nearest ParcelShop to print your label.

BOOK A HERMES COLLECTION

You don’t even need to leave the house! Please note, you will need to print the label at home for this service.
Complete your returns note and include it with your packaged items.

Visit https://new.myhermes.co.uk/return.html#/ to book your collection on a date that suits you.

Once the courier arrives to collect your parcel, ensure to obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.  

Please note returns sent via Hermes can stay in their network for up to 14 days before being delivered back to our warehouse. Kindly allow this time before contacting us.
