If you've ordered a large number of items, your order is likely to be sent in more than one parcel.
Sometimes these parcels can be delivered at different times if they are sorted separately by the delivery courier. Most separated orders will be delivered within 24 hours of each other, but please allow a little longer over busy periods.
Occasionally we will not have all the items you have ordered available in our warehouse so these may be sourced from a store and delivered separately.
In these instances, you should receive separate order numbers and dispatch confirmation emails for each of these items. These will be assigned new order numbers and usually start with 002 or 003.
Please check that the undelivered item has not been sent separately.
Still missing an item?
If you have an item missing from your order, or an incorrect product or size has been received, please contact us asap with what item is missing/incorrect including your order number and email address.
Be sure to keep your outer packaging as we will require images of this too.
Please note, missing items must be reported to us within 7 days as we will be unable to assist after this time has passed.
