Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

WHY HAS MY ITEM/ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

Stock can move quickly through our website and warehouse meaning an item in your bag may not be available even though you have received the confirmation. Standard delivery orders may be packed up to 2 days after confirmation and therefore the stock is unavailable.

If your item or order has been cancelled, we will automatically refund you for the item(s) within 3-5 working days.

If you have used a Kurt Geiger Gift Card to make the purchase, please contact us with your order number and we will renew the balance.
