Why can’t I select ‘Click and Collect’ delivery?

Only items that are available within our warehouse are available for our Click and Collect delivery service. 

Should you not be able to see or select Click and Collect as a delivery option at checkout, this will be due to one or more of the items in your basket not being in stock within our warehouse.

Please note, occasionally, we source stock from our stores to fulfil online orders, so this is why the items will appear as available to purchase on our website, however, these items cannot be selected for Click and Collect delivery.
