How do I return an item purchased online?

CHANGED YOUR MIND FOR YOUR UK ONLINE ORDER?

Sometimes it happens! Return your items to us for free within 30 days, in their original packaging, for a refund. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 working days of us receiving your goods.

All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags.

For orders made outside of the UK, unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service at this time and you will need to pay for the items to be shipped back to the UK. Please see the bottom for details on how to do this.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STORE PURCHASES & STORE ORDERS

Items purchased or ordered in a Kurt Geiger store/concession, either in person or over the telephone, can only be returned to the original store within 14 days where you made this purchase.

Please do not attempt to post your item back to our online distribution centre as we will be unable to process a return for you and there will likely be a significant delay in returning your order back to you.

If the store is closed due to any lockdown restrictions, please keep hold of your item(s) with proof or purchase (till receipt) and the store will be happy to accept these and process a refund/exchange once they reopen.

POP INTO STORE 

For the quickest way to receive a refund, we are pleased to accept any returns or exchanges in selected Kurt Geiger Free-standing stores around the UK. Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are required to process the return.

Kurt Geiger Concessions, Outlets, and our Airport stores do not currently accept online returns.


Please note, refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment. If you are returning an item to a store in the ROI, they are not able to provide a gift card refund.

ONLINE RETURNS VIA ROYAL MAIL

To return via Royal Mail, complete the enclosed invoice and include it with your packaged items. Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations, being sure to obtain proof of postage. No printer required, simply visit Royal Mail tracking service

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 25XXX... Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased or placed an in-store order in person or over the telephone in one of our Kurt Geiger stores/concessions.

Step by step details below - 

1. Visit the Royal Mail website to register your free return. You will need your order number for this.

2. Once completed Royal Mail will email you a tracked returns label.

Have a printer at home?

You can print this (PDF file) shipping label at home

Don’t have a printer?

Use the QR code at the bottom of your Royal Mail email to scan at the Post Office. 

3. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.

4. Take to the Post Office and ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.

ONLINE RETURNS VIA EVRi - DROP OFF AT YOUR LOCAL EVRi PARCELSHOP

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 25XXX... Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased or placed an in-store order in person or over the telephone in one of our Kurt Geiger stores/concessions.

1. Your returns note will have a EVRi shipping sticker label included. Package up your items and include your completed returns note.

2. Attach the EVRi shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered and take to any EVRi Parcel shop. Find your nearest at EVRi parcel store.

No returns shipping label?

Book your return online here. All you need is your order reference number, email address, reason for returning the parcel.

Have a printer at home?
Just print out your returns label, stick it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest ParcelShop here. 

Don’t have a printer?
Don’t worry - Use EVRi Print In-Store machines to print your label if you’ve booked online.
Just bring the QR code with your parcel to your nearest ParcelShop to print your label.
You can check which ParcelShops near you have a print in-store service here. 

3. Ensure to obtain and keep proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.  

Please note returns sent via EVRi can stay in their network for up to 14 days before being delivered back to our warehouse. Kindly allow this time before contacting us.

BOOK AN EVRi COLLECTION

For your convenience, EVRi can pick up your returns from you. You don’t even need to leave the house!

Please note, you will need to print the label at home for this service.

1. Complete your returns note and include it with your packaged items.

2. Visit https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel to book your collection on a date that suits you. You will need your order number for this.

3. You will then be issued a returns shipping label. Attach the EVRi shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered

4. Once courier arrives to collect your parcel, ensure to obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.  

In the event EVRi fail to collect on this day, please check your tracking to see if another collection has been rescheduled or you may need to re-book another one here

Live outside of the UK?

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on kurtgeiger.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

For orders placed on https://global.kurtgeiger.com/ please visit https://service.global-e.com/ for returns information and FAQ's.

For orders made outside of the UK and/or placed on kurtgeiger.eu, kurtgeiger.ie and kurtgeiger.au  unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns or collection service at this time and you will need to pay for the items to returned by post back to the UK. 

Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a trackable service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.

As soon as the item is confirmed back into our warehouse we can process your return for you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

1. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.
